Please reach out to me if you have any questions regarding putting a loved one into this home. Edit- Tower Lodge has done NOTHING to improve their policies nor reach out to me personally, three years later. I am so sad to know that I couldn''t tell her I loved her before she passed and it''s purely because the people at Tower Lodge Healthcare Center couldn''t care enough to give her the phone. There was not one day that I could get ahold of her. I called every single day this summer to get ahold of my loved one who for various reasons couldn''t come to the phone, or was in the bathroom, or was having lunch, or the receptionist couldn''t find the cordless phone, NUMEROUS times.
Contacted them 7 times with pictures and nothing.I would love to add a picture but they were so horrible to look at I had to put them away. please don''t go here and we were there every single day. in 3 days of being there they were wheeling her to her room fell face first out of the chair.took 65 stitches in her.they were horrible from there bruises everyday.they lie something awful.then a few months later I walked in and found her in bad shape.they put her in her room closed the door.she passed in 5 days later.I was a nurses aid for 7 years this was unacceptable. They are the worst place.my mother went she was in good shape.
